Hi, I’m Tee — a highly experienced martial arts instructor, self-defence coach, and fitness professional with over 20 years of international teaching and leadership experience across military, educational, and community environments.
My journey began in elite military units, where I served as Head Instructor for the National Guard Special Operations Unit, delivering rigorous physical training, self-defence, and resilience programmes to some of the most demanding learners in the world. Over the years, I have expanded my expertise to work with children, young people, and adults from all walks of life — always with the same goal: to build strength, discipline, and confidence from the inside out.

As the founder of MyPtee, I bring a holistic perspective to training — combining martial arts mastery with functional fitness, mental focus, and healthy lifestyle principles. I believe martial arts is more than just self-defence; it is a pathway to personal empowerment, better decision-making, and lifelong wellbeing.
